We are looking for a Research Associate for our U.S. Managed Care team in our New York office. As a Research Associate, you will acquire expertise in your industry sector as well as learn the most rigorous level of fundamental company and financial analysis. You will contribute to our written product, build complex financial models, and interact with company managements as well as sales, trading, and institutional clients. Our industry teams are typically only two or three professionals in number, and you will have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution. We make a strong commitment to Associate development, and give you opportunities to rapidly gain visibility and incremental responsibility. Our Research Associates typically have track records of outstanding academic performance, excellent analytical skills, relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level. Research Associate candidates are generally experienced college graduates and/or MBAs with strong quantitative skills, track records of academic achievement, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Candidates may additionally have 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, industry or management consulting. These are typically 3-5 year positions with outstanding growth potential.
