Internship International Emergency Medicine/Global Health Internship Projects

As a long-term leader of global Emergency & Disaster Care development, International Medical Corps has partnerships with International Emergency Medicine/EM Global Health (IEM/GH) programs across the country.  Outside of the flagship Harbor-UCLA/IMC Emergency Medicine Fellowship in Global Health, the EDC department accepts 1-2 IEM/GH fellows per year from other programs to work on specific projects.  Locations include DC, Los Angeles, overseas, and “virtual,” depending on project.  Funding arrangements are dependent on individual project.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine (by time of fellowship start), preferably with overseas experience
• Currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an IEM/GH fellowship
• Joint project approved by your fellowship director
